We’ll chat with you first to make sure we really understand what you’re looking for, and that’s how we make sure you’ll be working with the right trainer. We’re so confident about our approach that the first session is on us!
We will create a customized plan to achieve success
After you meet with one of our trainers for a complimentary session, we’ll have a thorough understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. We use that to plan out your training sessions, and those sessions will be catered specifically to your body and your goals. You’ll be set up with nutritional fundamentals and targets that are exclusive to you.
Motivate & inspire you to meet your targets
We make sure you have everything you need to stay motivated and consistent on your journey with us. We just ask that you approach your training program like a student. Soak up everything you possibly can. That’s when you’ll start to see unbelievable results.
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
1-on-1 Personal Training is the most effective way to get results faster. You’ll work with the ultimate partner on your fitness journey. Package pricing starts at $60 per session.
SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
We also offer partner and small group training sessions. We’ll keep the workouts engaging and customized. Session pricing for partner training from $40 per person and $25 per person for groups.
